FAQ

  • Spanky’s Stone Hearth Catering specializes in high end food, using the freshest local ingredients available, some of those coming directly from our garden at the restaurant. We will accommodate your dietary requirements including gluten, dairy, and vegan requests.

  • We encourage you to book one year out from your wedding date or large event. For smaller, private parties we encourage booking one month ahead of your event.

  • Yes. For our highly interested wedding clients, we invite you to book a complimentary tasting at Spanky’s Stone Hearth (alcohol not included). Spend an intimate evening dining and dreaming about your upcoming wedding at our restaurant. While we encourage you to book one year out from your date, six months out is a great time to do your tasting if you have not already decided on menu items.

  • For your convenience, we have gathered a selection of our most popular menu items, including children’s options, that we have found work best in large quantities while maintaining the highest quality for large events. See the menu at the bottom of this page. However, you are not limited to these menu options and we will work with your culinary taste to bring your vision to life.

  • We will provide an appropriately staffed wait service from set-up, serving, to clean-up. This will vary depending on your requested service, whether it be plated, buffet, food truck, or drop-off/pick-up.

  • Our Foodie food truck allows us to be completely mobile with a full service kitchen, to take us wherever your event is happening.

  • The average cost per guest ranges from $28-$35 and will vary upon your menu selection and service style.

  • Yes, we can provide these items for a rental fee.

  • We offer a full service bar complete with an extensive wine list and NA beverages.

  • Our set up will begin 4 hours prior to dinner service.

  • There is no deposit required.

  • Final payment can be made in the form of check, cash, or credit card (3% processing fee). You will receive an invoice the week following your event.
